In the 7th meeting of montreal
protocol contracting states (Vienna) in 1995, it was decided
to abolish HCFC's by 2020, although HCFC's have much lower ozone
destruction coefficient thank CFC's. Thus R22 (HCF22) used for
air conditioners must be replaced by some alternative refrigerant.
